A very successful Mobile Start Up is seeking Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations. The individual in this role takes ownership for all aspects of engineering for the companys IT infrastructure and services, including hardware/software, configuration, planning, deployment and maintenance. A particular area of responsibility is that of the infrastructure platforms and services for the company’s operational hosted and co-located data center servers fabric. The company is located in Tel-Aviv Requirements: • University or Collage degree in technology major. • 10 + years of IT work experience. • 5+ years of leadership experience in managing IT operational teams. • 3+ years of experience in building and managing large scale, global data center oriented IT organizations. • Extensive knowledge in some of the following technologies: o Past experience as Linux System/Network Administrator. o Jboss/Apache/Nginx tuning & troubleshooting skills. o MySQL administration experience. o Shell scripting – Ruby/Bash/Perl. o Understanding of networking including TCP/IP o Data transfer protocols – HTTP(s), REST, SOAP and JSON. o Hadoop skills and knowledge in Windows servers - advantage • Excellent written and spoken English CV to: daphka@gmail
