A video of my squat progress so far. Still got a lot to improve on in terms of form, maintaining that strength and condition.Tend to struggle mid way through towards the end, losing that strength really easily. Not getting that depth due to poor core movement. Could of been better. Any advice would be great. Cheers! 6x80kg( warm up) 9x100kg( set 1- no belt) 6x110kg( set 2 - dropped the last rep, couldnt grind it out! ) 5x115kg ( set 3)
