A week since I have seen my 93-year-old mother. She just called when I was finally on my way in a cab to the upper West side, to say maybe youre too tired and shouldnt stop by. I dont think that was a question, I think it was a request. I am tired. I have been traveling since around 6:30 AM but I am not too tired to stop in and check on my mother before easing her to sleep. And tired as I am have the lovely award that I received at the conference on tow. Its glass and she wont be able to see it well. But she will be able to feel it
