A whirlwind of activity that I wanted to update you on: - In our latest financial report, we nearly matched our first quarter amount by raising almost $13,000 from a large group of donors, adding 83 new donors, making over 240 people and groups donating to our campaign. Weve proven we are the grassroots campaign! - We picked up the support of more organizations who are committed to working families. We are the only campaign to receive the endorsement of these groups and others, such as teachers, fire fighters, and police. - My campaign team put on a surprise early birthday party by recruiting nearly a dozen people on Saturday to help reach out to voters and even brought my parents in with a cake.
