Those who believe the government is able, in infinitum, to support any life style regardless of ones education or work ethic is growing exponentially as evident in the elections this past week. New York City elected a communist/socialist thug as mayor, and Virginias urban areas that are mostly living comfortably collecting federal and state entitlements elected a socialist sympathizer. Over half the population in our country are living off the government coffers and will, with no doubt, vote for those who further aspire and offer the same ideology. An ideology that is polarizing and intensionally promotes an entitlement addicted society. Please read the info below! These are undeniable facts that support the idiom that a system that promotes a free federated nation protected by the tenets of our great Constitution is a far better system to overcome our present healthcare problems, unemployment and debt issues than one that rules by legislative and executive law that deliberately side steps our freedom of choice. If the facts below doesnt convince you we are in trouble and headed for a country far worse than previous years then your either blind, deaf or dumb or you hate what this country originally stood for and died for. As a veteran who loves this country, I beg you to get involved. Forward this email, call your congressman, write letters to your local newspaper, convey to friends, neighbors and relatives that we are making an egregious error by supporting those who advocate social justice by legally confiscating your wealth without the benefit of a healthy debt free economy. No other country is as generous as this country and if our nation continues in the direction we are presently in, generosity will be no longer be one of our strong suites. Dont be fooled by politically selected statistics or stock market spikes that show a thriving healthy economy. Our countriess economic health is like a growing cancer, unbeknownst to the individual, all feels good and looks good but ravages of the cancer are just around the corner and when it metastasizes it may be too late for healing.The symptoms (out of control debt and spending) are here and now and time is running out. The world depends on our economy. Our money system is a standard for international trade and the world looks up to us to be the leader and the first defender of freedom under God. We dont have to lose all that was sacrificed for us. Its time to get up and fight to honor those that loved and died for us. Be a good citizen and start today to turn the tide away from the ruse that bigger government equates to a better life. Think about this. Some interesting data on the state of Illinois... There are more people on welfare in Illinois than there are people working. Chicago pays the highest wages to teachers than anywhere else in the U.S. averaging $110,000/year. Their pensions average 80-90% of their income. Wow, are Illinois and Chicago great or what? Body count: In the last six months, 292 killed (murdered) in Chicago. 221 killed in Iraq; AND Chicago has one of the strictest gun laws in the entire US. As long as they keep providing entitlements to the population of Chicago, nothing is going to change, except the state will go broke before the country does. Anybody who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian. Don’t forget Detroit another good example. Percentage of men and women who survived a cancer five years after diagnosis: U.S. 65% England 46% Canada 42% Percentage of patients diagnosed with diabetes who received treatment within six months: U.S. 93% England 15% Canada 43% Percentage of seniors needing hip replacement who received it within six months: U.S. 90% England 15% Canada 43% Percentage referred to a medical specialist who see one within one month: U.S. 77% England 40% Canada 43% Number of MRI scanners (a prime diagnostic tool) per million people: U.S. 71 England 14 Canada 18 Percentage of seniors (65+), with low income, who say they are in excellent health: U.S. 12% England 2% Canada 6% And now for the last statistic: National Health Insurance? The percentage of each past presidents cabinet who had worked in the private business sector prior to their appointment to the cabinet..... You know what the private business sector is. How can the president of a major nation and society, the one with the most successful economic system in world history, stand and talk about business when hes never worked for one? Or about jobs when he has never really had one? And when its the same for 92% of his senior staff and closest advisers? Theyve spent most of their time in academia, Government and/or non-profit jobs or as community organizers. They should have been in an employment line.
