A young girl, Nalubega Patience, aged 10 of Ridgeway Primary School, Kisassi Ntinda visited me in my office, with journalists from Bukedde TV, yesterday Wednesday, 24th September. Bukedde TV has a program were kids speak out who there role model. I didnt know I was such a positive influence to even kids in Primary schools. I told this young girl to respect her parents, teachers and all the elders in the school. I stressed it to her that there is a difference between RESPECT and FEAR, she must respect them but she shouldnt fear them. I told her that she must Thank God that she is at school, there are soo many of her agemates that are not in school and i told her to take her education seriously, we want good grades from her. I also told her not to let her family down and her country down. Most of all, dont let yourself down.Make us all proud I told her that she will only achieve good grades by listening to teachers and doing her homework etc. I also advised her to participate in Sports, music, dance and drama. Nothing brightens my day than spending time with the youth and kids.
