AAGI Community - I am usually not the one to post questions about my hounds. However, I was struck with some news this morning and I am feeling horrible. My youngest hound, Echo, is currently at Dr.Yochums office having his teeth cleaned. I received a call about 2 hours ago stating that Echo, who celebrated his 5th birthday in early June, will need to have 7 extractions done, all on his left side. Yes, I am concerned about the bill, but I am more sad and concerned about how this will affect my little lover. Will he adjust to having all those missing teeth? How will he eat? What is his quality of life going to be like? How much pain will he be in while he heals? Ive been on the verge of tears since I found out (in Walmart, no less). Members, please, any insight you have, any experiences you want to share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ~Allyson
