Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 17:30 (37.5 hours) Applicants should have an interest in branded Fashion, and possess a willingness to learn. Web Assistant Role: • Customer Service: responding to web queries via email, processing refunds, liaise with the Warehouse Manager regarding order queries • Writing product descriptions for ab10 • Assist on product photo shoots • An understanding of Paypal and Sage Pay will be advantageous. • Experience working within e-commerce is preferable, along with skills in Adobe Photoshop, as photograph editing may be required during busy periods.
