ACCOUNTING CLERK: CENTRAL ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER UNIT, REF NO: 13/211/CFO SALARY : R115 212 – R135 714 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement. CENTRE : National Office, Pretoria NOTE : Applications must be submitted on Form Z83, obtainable from any Public Service Department or on the internet at gov.za. A Z83 & CV must be accompanied by certified copies of qualifications, identity document and driver’s license where necessary. A SAQA evaluation report must accompany foreign qualifications. REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent qualification in commerce; The following will serve as an added advantage: Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulation; Experience in making electronic funds transfers on any banking system(s); Ability to converse in more than one official language. A postgraduate qualification; Skills and Competencies: Communication (written and verbal) skills; Computer literacy and spreadsheet skills (will be tested); Finance Management skills; Planning and organizing skills; Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Outlook); Telephone etiquette (Very important); DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Render financial accounting transactions functions; Render budget support services; Provide daily reports to the supervisor; Perform any other administrative duties in the unit; ENQUIRIES : Ms. E.
