Closing Date: Friday, 17 October 2014 Liverpool City Council Australia has an exciting opportunity available for a motivated administrative professional to provide business support to the Community Standards Team by undertaking a wide range of administrative, organisational, analytical and advisory duties to ensure high quality, accurate and timely delivery of all facets of work within the Unit. As an Administration Officer in the Community Standards Team you may specialise in one or several areas being: •Infringement processing; RMS Drives checks, photo evidence downloading •Maintaining the Companion Animals Register, Animal Registration/Micro chipping data •Maintaining the Swimming Pools Register •Registration and invoicing of health inspections; •Booking building inspections; registration of certificates •Invoicing and maintaining records associated with Essential Services To be successful in this position, you will need demonstrated high levels of administrative, time and workflow management experience, multi-tasking and prioritising work with competing deadlines. Experience in handling enquiries and complaints with high level skills in customer service and communication; and have experience in working both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
