AGENDA 21 -- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT This was 1st endorsed at the UN General Assembly in 1987 -initial thoughts were captured in Chapter 36 of Agenda 21 promoting education,public awareness and training.There are 40 chapters in Agenda 21 basically centralizing power for a One World Government centralized from the UN and preparing us for “World Citizenship” which is the goal...It states World citizenship encompasses the constellation of principles,values ,attitudes and behavior that the people of the world must embrace- if sustainable development can be realized.(which will be discussed later). Read--chapter 36 of Agenda 21 (tool kit) At the International Conference on Education for sustainable future(Prague 2003 sept10-11) The UN had declared 2005-2015 The Decade for education of sustainable development and has designated UNESCO as the lead agency for it’s promotion. Dr. Shirley McCune Sr. Director of McREL in 1989 at the National Governors Association Conference for education she stated : 1. There will be a total Transformation of this society 2. Facts and Information (knowledge ) is no longer the primary purpose of education. 3. Connection between economic (sustainable) development and human capital. (labor)------They are building a slave society and basing education on there needs not knowledge and individualism. The (powerful 1%) want your children dumbed down and trained for there Corporate needs. The Common core is a partnership between the Gov’t ,Corporations and the Educational system -this really took off with “Goals 2000” in 1994 this gave us a national curriculum ,a national test,and a national teachers licensing rule that all 50 states signed on too merely for grant money--- sound familiar (race to the top) it had the same effects as the CC. The 2nd piece was School To Work(STW) also in 1994 this created a partnership with schools and the economy--This process will show the planners what schools will need and now derive specific career clusters to retro fit our children and create a curriculum based on that need “Under No Child left Behind “they have renamed Career clusters The smaller learning communities (The SLC) and these are the grants that our schools are applying for to help implement this same system. (generally smaller communities .examples: Maine, New Hampshire ,Vermont,etc..) “The No Child Left Behind” -sunset goals 2000 -Mandates that districts will be held accountable to the NAEP (national association of educational progress) and the National Assessment Governing Boards policy - Mandates that the content of the NAEP reflect VOLUNTARY national standards ?? --You can’t mandate something and say it’s voluntary.There confusing you and not funding most of these mandates (so you are paying to help them instill this program for our children an incredible fraud happening everywhere because to so many the noise is deafening and they dont pay attention) and Trust me we have been dumbed down as well ( I will post a test given to 8th graders to enter the 9 th grade in 1895 and you tell me if Im right) this has been the plan for a long time--An un educated public are easily manipulated. Now the 3rd piece is less known that is the Work force investment act (WIA) born in 1998-they are state and federal boards created and there is a local investment board to manage the whole thing (not sure who this is yet but look into it or maybe one of you can tell me)- and they are all appointed not voted in to this board and in a free society we should all vote not appoint these people in powerful positions so we feel confident that they are there for us THE PEOPLE to represent our needs not others and there Agendas- a Great example is The federal Reserve which our President appoints the Chairman of the Board who Plays GOD with our Money system .They control the printing of $, all Interest rates on Mortgage, car ,equity ,private loans etc.. they control all interest rates and regulate all of this..Oh by the way The Federal Reserve which controls your life is not Federal Nothing to do with the Govt its a Private Company with private stock holders it’s not Federal at all.... In 2nd grade Social Studies according to Mr. Chapman-they are teaching kids to give up loyalty to the family to the loyalty for the gov’t.(needs and wants is what they call it) so what are needs and wants? This comes out of the Carnegie Council on Adolescent Development -Preparing American Youth for 21st century----This requires a radical departure from traditional classroom instruction. Above all it requires a shift in long held beliefs that the role of the teachers is to transmit knowledge to the students. Instead, Teachers must view themselves as FACILITATORS through which young people Construct knowledge themselves.(this from the carnegie council of adolescent development 1989) and is the plan today. Remember that grant we got for a million dollars they talked about we are paying for them to train our teachers how to be FACILITATORS.. So do you know the new registers today have pictures not numbers for a reason we are making our children illiterate they dont want them to think a GPS is the same thing (The brain is a muscle it needs to be worked out to be fit for great thinkers. This is being done on purpose.
