AGM Update - A Message From The President *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Hello everyone, It’s been a little while… but it’s good to be back! Our AGM has come and gone - thank you to those who attended. Our Treasurer Barnsey presented financials unlike any other we’ve seen or heard before at our club. A big congratulations goes out to the committee and a couple of others for season 2013/14. Many records were broken with outstanding results for all to see. A couple of guys chose not to renominate to be on our committee for our upcoming season. To Sean Halge and Adam Gray we say thanks for all your efforts - it won’t be easy replacing you. Two members moved on and three more have stepped up to join the committee for season 2014/15. Whilst all other committee positions remain the same, we welcome Bill Quirk, Julian Zoccali and Tim Clarke. We have a great blend of youth and experience to accompany the five others who have kicked on from last season’s committee. It will be a bit different with eight committee members this season - but with the club aiming high and looking to consolidate its position, all will come in very handy no doubt. Our three captains in Damon, Chris and Neil have all been reappointed to go again. We are very lucky to have enthusiastic and committed captains like we do and look forward to being represented by them on the field once more. Julian Smith is our Head Coach once again and we look forward to what he and his team have planned for us on the training track - stay tuned for pre-season schedules. Sponsorships, surveys, pre-season planning, Milo IN2Cricket promoting, Under 10’s, recruiting for seniors, clubroom handover, fundraising etc - it’s all stated again and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
