Sheriff David Clarke and his deputies, are ready willing and able to ENFORCE any and ALL State of Wisconsin NULLIFICATION of unlawful Acts or spending by Congress and/or the Executive branch that exceeds their eighteen limited powers and spending privileges as enumerated under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution, pursuant to the Supremacy clauses of Article VI clauses 2 and 3, as well as in accord with a REPUBLICAN form of Government guaranteed to the State of Wisconsin under Article IV Section 4, as well as pursuant to our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, which WE THE PEOPLE and the States ordained and established upon our elected Republican and Democrat public USURPERS and their hired Federal alphabet soup minions of coercion, submission and corruption. For example; Where under Article I Section 8 is ObamaCare or Common Core listed? If they are not listed, they need to be State nullified, ASAP and these nullifications need to be ENFORCED by State and Local Law Enforcement ACTION. The Supreme Court of The United States found and ruled that the 16th Amendment confers NO NEW TAXES on ANY AMERICANS who were not taxable before it. As the State incrementally nullifies Federal spending and unlawful usurpation by our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws, they shall also, in conjunction, incrementally State nullify all withholding taxes, employment taxes, matching employer taxes and Income Taxes strictly in accord with the rulings of the SCOTUS and place all of the stolen money back on the weekly paychecks of the American Middle Class families. These nullifications of Income Taxes in compliance with the RULE OF LAW, will be ENFORCED by State and Local Law Enforcement on the enemies of our Constitutional laws, both elected and hired.
