AOC and the Oyster Trail at Restaurant Australia launch in Singapore Tourism Australia has launched a national and international campaign to promote Australia as a premier food and wine destination. The Restaurant Australia campaign has seen an aggressive push to promote Australian food in countries around the world, with the aim of encouraging visitors to make the trip to Australia to taste our produce first-hand. Naturally, the AOC Oyster Trail is a beautiful fit with this campaign, and weve been working to ensure were included in Tourism Australias various promotional activities. A highlight for AOC was our attendance at the Restaurant Australia launch in Singapore, where we were on-hand to serve our best Sydney Rock Oysters over two nights to a room full of Singapore government officials, travel industry people and other dignitaries. Our Executive Officer delivered a presentation on AOC and our Oyster Trail, which led to a flood of interest from attendees. The High Commissioner to Singapore, Philip Green, attended the event and showed particular interest in supporting the promotion of the Trail overseas, and in assisting AOC with its export plans.
