ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE? Rich or poor, miserable or happy, stressed or not - you are where you are today because of........... (please complete the sentence). The correct word is YOU. You are where you are because of you. Removing factors beyond your control (e.g. where you were born etc) you are where you are right now instead of somewhere else, you are who you are today instead of someone else because of the decisions you have made and the actions you have taken. As frightening as this statement is, it is of critical importance that you accept it wholeheartedly if you are ever going to change your situation for the better. Why? Because if you dont accept responsibility for where you are right now it means that you have no power to change the situation. If someone or something else caused you to be where you are then its up to someone or something else to change your situation because you are powerless to do anything about it. Can you see how detrimental to your success this belief is? So face your situation head on. Accept responsibility today and make an iron-clad commitment to do all you can (without violating your principles), with all the means at your disposal to ensure you change your situation consciously through the right decisions and actions. Refuse to be a victim and face the situation head-on. So are you responsible?
