ARTICLE 370 & It’s JOURNEY Special status of article 370 influencing Jammu & Kashmir on its administrative, decision making factors is suffering due to adhocism and external influence of regional parties over its political advantages. Wave of political agenda of article 370 during the time of elections by NDA and its alliances reserving its appeal to accord special status of J&K, enactment of A370 alone doesn’t mean J&K will be integral part of India, it has its own disadvantages regarding lack of administrative legacy over center-state relations. Recent scenario explains regional parties has its own appeal in all matters without consulting center & its opinion. Administrative instability and applicability of laws for J&K within its constraint has diverted it apart from the country. Allocations of funds and utilization of several programs to states based on regional political activities also made states much farer than it appears. Political consequences says there will lie an question regarding integrity of the country while imposing A370 on J&K. Previous demands on J&K by Pakistan and its presence in the provinces violating line of control frequently has raised substantial question on failure of administration which may be due to A370 also. Regionalism in their provinces and political agenda of local parties is the main reasons of weakening of administration & decision making situations. Lack of control over the states by central government has led to independency of regional parties over J&K. center has its own dilemma over the region which in more making J&K out of its control.
