A CHALLENGING POSITION FOR THE RIGHT PERSON The Board is seeking an Assistant who has the ability and power to take on a two-sided role: Reporting to the Chairman of the Advisory Board, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and participating at bi-monthly meetings, assist the Board with the production of meeting and project documentation (agendas, minutes, presentations, etc.) and be the one gathering and following up on ideas presented to the Board. Secondly, you will be taking the lead role in driving a panel of identified young top talents in Denmark for the purpose of generating new business ideas to the Board. The Advisory Board consists of innovative, committed and professional members from different major businesses and with different educational backgrounds. Their role is to advise top management of the company with high-level strategic thinking and sparring to meet the future demands faced by the company in a changing world of work. IT TAKES ON TO KNOW ONE! If you believe that it takes talent to identify and attract talent, you are on the right track to succeed in this role. You are probably a final-year student at CBS (Economics, business administration or commercial law) with a work history from a similar role in an international company. You must have a flexible approach, a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and driven, you must be eager to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the tasks set. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. To start with, you will be working approximately 8 hours a week with the opportunity to increase your working hours after a period of time to be agreed.
