ATLANTA HISTORY LESSON....Question ATL family....Do you remember who introduced you to Omar? I can 95% guarantee that whoever introduced you, I introduced them. Back in the For Pleasure days, I was slanging CDs for Turtles, Blockbuster Music and Peppermint. From Peachtree to West End to Memorial Drive to Candler Rd.to Ansley Mall to Jonesboro to Greenbriar. All I did was introduce folks to Omar and then Badu and Maxwell(who saved RnB for me..Thank u) If I didnt have one to sell you..I was sending yo ass to Jazz to get it from him. I actually had a chance to meet him when he was in ATL several yrs. back at Apache. But i didnt wanna start crying like some groupie..so I refused to meet him...lol. I finally got to shake his hand this yr. @ SPW50. One of my favorite artists ever!!!! If you dont know who he is, you will now...cause I got several vids ima post of him....lol OMAR
