THERE IS HOPE THOUGH! Four Paws Rescue of Connecticut will take Sugar into their rescue IF they can find an appropriate foster! SO ... lets find that foster family for Sugar RIGHT NOW! Sugar is about 9 years old. She needs a family with no small animals. She is fine with dogs her own size, and fine with children. Sugar has spent most of her 9 years tied out on a chain. Adopted once before, she was returned when her adopter lost his home, after living with him in shed for a while. Now shes being returned YET AGAIN! SO ... lets make sure her stay in the pound is a SHORT ONE!!! She is a sweet, loveable, wonderful dog who deserves for the rest of her life to be WAY better than her past has been!
