ATTENTION FB: Jamie’s Therapeutic Touch Day Spa in Palestine is partnering with Anytime Fitness to offer the community a chance to get healthy (and swimsuit ready) by sponsoring a “Biggest Loser” contest. The 12-week contest begins July 1st and ends October 31st. The 1st biggest loser will receive a prize of $400 value treatment package that includes one month of sauna sessions, one month of vibra-trim sessions, one weight loss shot, an aqua foot detox treatment, an infrared slimming wrap and a weight loss wrap. The 2nd place Biggest loser will receive a prize of $200 value, that will include 1 month of sauna or vibra trim sessions, and 1 weight loss shot. “Prizes will be based on the highest percentage of body weight lost and greatest overall transformation,” spa owner Jamie Pettiette-Rhone said. “Specific rules will be in place to keep everyone consistent.” The cost to join the program is only $25, which includes 2 free passes per week to Anytime Fitness to work out or join a class. “The strategy is that with regular weekly follow-up visits with a medical professional, changes in daily diets and activities become lifetime habits,” Rhone said.
