ATTENTION: Goldrich Construction DPWH - Baguio City District Engineering Office GOOD MORNING. Had a terrible experience this morning driving from our home in Asin to Baguio. I understand that only 1 lane of the road is usable because of the construction of drainage on the other lane. What pissed me and the other drivers was the 30+ minutes of waiting for our turn then as we were already up Km. 5, we met a Concrete Mixer truck. It seems that your men manning the traffic MESSED UP. SUGGESTIONS: 1. Properly train and instruct your men manning the traffic. How about a maximum time of 10 minutes of waiting? Provide proper/ reflectorized vests and uniform, so we know who are manning the traffic. 2. Provide safety barricades and signage on your diggings. Isnt this a provision on the law and safety standards? 3.Prohibit parking along the road in order to properly manage the waiting lines. 4. No concrete pouring should be done during rush hours, i.e. NO CONCRETE POURING FROM 6:30 t0 9:00 in the morning. This would be convenient to those going to school and work.
