The complaints will be submitted as a group complaint. You are asked to send your complaints anonymously to the Forgotten 300 administrator. PM and I will provide you an email or address you can send it too. We will accept word doc, pdf, text, email or hard copy. What ever is easy for you. If you have sent a complaint in the past without success just change the dates. It has come to my attention that MetLife are prepared to take matters to the Supreme Court of NSW challenging anything and everything. Together we are strong. It has also come to my attention that the Legal team of MetLife Senior Counsel (SC) was a former legal advisor of TAL and are associated either directly or indirectly with other SC legal teams from SAS Trustees and current TAL SC legal teams. This is public information on LinkedIn. I am not inferring anything other than being very interesting indeed. ..
