ATTENTION: NBE MEETING DETAILS,18th march 2014 Today we all met at NBE OFFICE Dwarka to meet the DIRECTOR counseling at 1000 Hrs. firstly we were not allowed to enter the premises and stopped by the guards at their main gate. we were asked to write a letter for appointment, which we did and sent inside through guards. later we got a call from office at guard fone, Dr Arjun Dhar talked on fone for ten mins and explained our demands. we were told that only one of us can meet inside with the officials. we decided for Dr Saurabh to go n put our demands forcefully in front of officials. he later went inside and had a chat with DEPUTY DIRECTOR (counseling) Mr Ramesh. Here is a summary of the talks they had: 1. our first demand for STAY & POSTPONEMENT was summarily rejected by him. reason: ITS TOO LATE NOW TO POSTPONE THE COUNSELING. 2. our second demand of SLIDING was rejected on the grounds that THEY DONT HAVE THIS IN THEIR RULES. 3. third demand of implementation STREAMLINING of DNB counseling with AIPG n STATE PG counseling was REJECTED saying that MCI has NO REGULATION OVER DNB. DNB IS AN INDEPENDENT BODY. 4 fourth demand of implementation of rule 7.4 was rejected saying a) They dont have STAFF & LOCKERS to SAFE GUARD our DEGREES b)They are told by honorable supreme court NOT to keep any students original document. 5)He made it sure that counseling is ONTIME & no ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL be submitted this time. Now its upto you all to decide what you all want. send mails to NBE and request them!!! PRAY TO GOD!! STUDY FOR NEXT EXAM!!! or FILE FOR STAY IN Delhi High Court on coming counseling. we have three hours to decide !!! our case is ready to be filed. it CAN get LISTED FOR HEARING ON 20TH MARCH AND WE HAVE A SOLID GROUND TO GET A STAY. WE CAN GET A STAY!!! tel us what you all want!!! we all are waiting for your response. call us on our numbers.
