ATTENTION REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS... DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT FITS THE BILL?! I am currently seeking A Kick-Butt Assistant and need your help in the search! This is going to take a very special person ... But I know he/she is out there somewhere! This person will be someone that wants to learn from yours truly and become an intricate part of the new and exciting happenings that are about to go down in my business. This position certainly has the potential to turn into a Buyers Agent position for a Team if desired. I need someone that has at least gotten their feet wet in the industry ... I prefer licensed, but am willing to meet with an unlicensed candidate that has experience and is willing to become licensed. Here are the upfront disclosures (No need to sugar coat anything when it comes to something like this ... have you met me!? Sugar Coating is for things like Sour Patch Kids and such)..... ~ I have a very strong personality and expect a lot ~ not only of someone that will be representing my business and interacting with my clients, but I expect a lot of my industry partners - and of course, most of all myself ~ I need someone that wants to assist in ~ first and foremost ~ getting me organized, getting systems tweaked, etc. Then working together in making us successful ... (i.e. the more money I make, the more money you make - that is how it works around here; I am the furthest thing from a cheap agent). ~ I have a true and genuine desire/need to make anyone I am training/mentoring successful and want them to love the industry just as much as I do ~ I know my stuff. Period. And if something new comes along, you better believe it is something I will learn inside and out. Ive been in this industry in some aspect or another for 21 Years ....Theres not a lot about Residential Real Estate that I dont feel I have a very strong knowledge base of (In turn, this knowledge will be extracted from my brain and put into yours...) ~ Im a pretty fun girl and firmly believe that since you spend an insane amount of time with your co-workers, you need to like them - like really like them - and enjoy being around them. KW Carmel Valley Del Mar seriously ROCKS so not only will I be fun, everyone around you will be fun too! And last time I checked, we were the #1 office in the County ....
