ATTENTION: This Sunday will be the last Sunday of the 9:30AM class and the Youth class at 12. I am going to move the youth class to a Thursday at 4PM and until I will speak with the few ladies that come to Sundays class about maybe adding another 9AM during the week. It is only because we all talk about spending time with family and taking a day off but I sometimes dont practice my own teachings as we all do. This way we can work hard throughout the week and all of us can look forward to a day of rest. If you have any questions. Feel free to call me or ask. I am trying to avoid losing the balance we all need in life. In the future I may have another trainer that can perform a class on Sundays and make it available to a you all. Mark you calendars parents so you know that starting next week there will be a Thursday at 4PM for you kiddos after school in addition to the Tuesday and Wed.
