โคตรด่วน ใครมีเพื่อนทำงานสายงานทางนี้แนะนำได้นะ Technical Support Supervisor Contract 1 year Location Phayathai Responsibilities • Corporate team support in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Dubai. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Talking staff / clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. • Providing support including procedural documentation and relevant reports. • Installation and set up Software, IT equipments under windows client environment. • To solving the problem of IT hardware and software. • To cooperate with concern Departments for resolve problems. Requirements • Preferably Male / age 27-35 years old. • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic, Electric or other related fields. • Minimum of 5 years working experiences corporate with team international. • Skill in IT Hardware & Software Repair, Software Installation, Windows OS, Basic Network, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system. • Skill in planning, organizing, team player and work well under pressure. • Good command of spoken and written English language.
