REGARDING VETERANS INTERESTED IN ATTENDING - PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: · Show up in Business Professional attire – for potential on the spot interviews. · Do not to be late, as in rolling in at 10:01 am. The event begins at 10:00 am. Do not show up on time. Show up early. As in the military mentality, if you show up on time, you’re late. · Minimal to NO employment barriers. Interested Veterans must NOT have anything going on that will cause interference with their training or apprenticeship. · Must have reliable transportation. · Veterans must be motivated, professional, focused and ready to hit the ground running with which ever training or apprenticeship they choose to pursue from this event. · Must bring copies of your DD214 and Resumes. (Make sure your resume is up to date!) · Parking lot for Patriotic Hall is very small (FREE) and fills quickly, so you must plan ahead and arrive early enough to find metered parking on the surrounding streets or better yet, consider using public transportation. Grand Station (Train) platform is located caddy corner from Patriotic Hall. · Google map the location for planning purposes: 1816 South Figueroa St. Los Angeles, CA 90015. · The training entities are incredibly selective. Your conduct, appearance and attitude will be observed at this event. Please distribute creatively for maximum reach and let’s get the word out!
