AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD! (this is how I made it, adjust as necessary) 1 avocado 2 (6oz) cooked chicken breasts shredded ¼ onion, chopped 1 lime juiced 2 Tbsp cilantro 1 diced tomato Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste Mix it all together! No mayonnaise, tons of protein, good fat, low carb! I did the math, and with the sandwich thins you’re probably looking at under 300 calories, depending on how much of it you put on your sandwich. I loaded it up and the above made 4 sandwiches for us. You could also have it as a great alternative to guacamole – not nearly as much fat/cals and more protein.
