AWARDS FOR POLICE OFFICERS For their hard work and dedication to duty, 24 police officers from the Port-of-Spain and Western divisions have received written commendations from Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Stephen Ramsubhag. This took place on Thursday during an awards ceremony held at the Police Administration Building on Edward Street, Port-of-Spain. In delivering the feature address, ACP Ramsubhag urged the officers to maintain their integrity by applying the highest ethical standards in the performance of their duties. Always bear in mind in discharging your duties, professionalism, procedural justice and police legitimacy. Continue to drive the policing for the people concept within TTPS’ strategic plan in our way forward so that we can achieve our vision and mission. One team, one vision,” ACP Ramsubhag said. Ramsubhag also thanked Police Complaints Authority chairman Gillian Lucky and ACP Tobago Brian Headley for delivering “heart-rending and informative speeches” prior to the commendation ceremony. Commended were Senior Supt Ishmael David, Supt Kenny McIntyre, Supt Alphonso Patterson, ASP Kenrick Edwards, ASP Imdath Ramlochan, Insp Miguel Montrichard, Sgt Declon Alexander, Sgt Kurt Perry, Cpl Marlon Linton, Cpl Marlon Campbell, Cpl Curtis Firth, PC Kwesi Arthur, PC Nazardean Khan, PC Amando Williams, PC Narad Seebaran, PC Justin Baptiste, PC Alvin Rose, PC Anderson Richards, PC Clyde Best, PC Ephraim O’Connor, PC Dion Smith, PC McDonalds, PC Lewis and PC Alleyne.
