Aaa-nyway back to the British Fashion Awards. The great, the good, the bad and the ugly, the beautiful, the talented & la creme de la creme from the world of fashion/music etcetera etcetera etcetera gathered in Londinium last night for their annual awards ceremony. It also being WORLD AIDS DAY one would have thought … but no. Apart from David Le Dieu Beckham not one of the hundreds of guests were seen/photographed wearing a Red Ribbon. Shame on the lot of you. The Fashion industry, maybe more than any other profession, has over 30yrs been decimated by HIV/Aids - an industry by the way that employs millions of people across the globe and dresses you lot for free. Would pinning a bit of red polyester to your borrowed finery have been too much of an effort?
