About the company iPawn is a startup that is paving the way of upscale online pawn shops. We enable consumers and small business owners to sell their valuable assets for a high value or to obtain short-term, asset-based loans conveniently and securely. We do this via auction to multiple professional luxury buyers and work hard to get sellers the best deal. We are fully licensed and regulated by US laws and standards. What we are looking for: Account Manager iPawn is looking for an account manager for clients who want to sell or pawn their valuables. The account manager will be responsible for managing clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities: Providing stellar service to U.S. clients who want to sell or pawn their valuable watches, jewelry, diamonds, or precious metals. Our account managers build relationships full of trust and confidence while taking their clients through the sale or pawn process. Work hours: afternoon and evening time Basic salary: 54/hr + Bonuses Requirements: • 5 day training course in the afternoon-evening that will give you all the tools you need (materials, selling techniques, service techniques etc.) • Fluent / Native English speaker American or English accent is a huge + • Great verbal and written communication skills (telephone, chat, emails). • Service and sales oriented (No experience required, but is a +) Send CV with job number 220 to Alon@ipawn or call 054-321-7437 Senior Partnership Account Manager We are looking for a Partnership Account Manager that will help attract and retain partners to continue placing bids on valuable items on our platform. Responsibilities and role definitions: 1. Grow the network of business partners. 2. Build relationships with partners. 3. Establish a work flow/process and perform due diligence of potential partners. 4. Manage the process of acquiring business partners. 5. Assist new business partners in the beginning of the process and encourage them to participate in deals. 6. Update partners with interesting deals and updates. 7. Monitor auctions - Communicate with business partners during auctions in real time. Additional tasks: a. Suggest changes for automated emails templates for the business partners. b. Manage items from the warehouse – Match business partners with items for sale from a list of business partners. c. Develop and define a system of management information of the partners (dashboard) d.
