About the hof rewards from r2 mods: If proof was provided, the rewards will be sent. I have no clue as to how long the line is, and as I said before, due to erroneous rewards being sent previously, multiple checks from each department are made. Way too many middle-men involved, I fear, but after some of the earlier incidents, theyre making sure to send the proper rewards now (but this process takes much longer). And keep in mind, things get relayed from players to GMs to R2s to CRMs then to 7R CRMs, then 7R Devs press a button, its extremely frustrating not only for players (keep in mind Im a player, too, and although I got all the correct rewards the first time, I do have guildmates and friends that are still waiting for their proper rewards as well), but also for everyone on-staff - they were told all of this wouldnt occur and that the system would handle everything perfectly. Also, factor in all the duplicate (some have actually sent in 50+ tickets for rewards despite being asked not to), AND all the tickets from players that didnt qualify (but are trying to exploit the system or ask for more rewards when they already got them) - all of these are the causes for the delays. Its very frustrating for the staff. Also, many of the pending tickets are already assigned to someone higher up the ladder, so many of the tickets I relay even the GMs cannot check, so until the person(s) those tickets are assigned to actually get to them, theres no way for me to update a player with information concerning his ticket.
