About to leave the ER. After dinner I was laying in bed watching tv and I ended up tripping over the vacuum hose when I got up to go to the bathroom. I ended up spraining my foot/ankle. I hit my head and fell my right shoulder and side with right ankle underneath. Had an ultrasound and Baby Dailey is fine. Our little bean was moving around happy as can be. The heart beat was strong and healthy at 152. Gonna have to be on my crutches for 3 days and take it easy. I go see my doctor tomorrow.
