About two weeks ago, one of my crappy neighbors illegally dumped garbage onto the back of my property. Theyve done it before, and when I confronted them they said that the city told them to put it there, because they dont have alley access (Pleasant Run Pkwy runs behind their house, but the alley meets Pleasant Run right behind my house). Myself and another neighbor submitted illegal dumping complaints to the MAC, yet the garbage continued to sit. This Sunday, a crackhead was digging through it looking for stuff to scrap, and my other neighbor paid him $10 to haul it all away right then and there. The moral of this story: give a crackhead $10 and hell be more efficient than a city worker any day, any time.
