Accessible Unit Vacancies: The People’s Emergency Center is now accepting rental applications for accessible units only. The organization currently has two accessible units vacant and will be accepting applications to fill these units through Friday, July 5, 2013. The two units available are located in West Philadelphia’s Mantua section and are conveniently located near public transportation. Max # Unit Size Monthly Rent Occupants Eligibility Requirements Studio $600 1 Must meet HUD income guidelines Monthly income must be $1,800 - $2,379 4BR Income Based 8 Must meet HUD income guidelines Monthly income cannot exceed $4,483 The studio unit is located in our newest development known as 3909 Haverford. The rents are not subsidized and applicants must meet both minimum and maximum income criteria. This unit features wood flooring, spacious floor plan, oversized windows, high ceilings, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air & heat, modern kitchen and washer & dryer. The 4 bedroom unit is located in the development known as Fattah Homes. This building is subsidized and offers income based rents. This unit features tile flooring, carpet in bedrooms, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, central air & heat and washer & dryer. Applications will be available for pick up at the front desk of the People’s Emergency Center, 325 N. 39th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Applications will also be distributed by email upon request.
