According to KY3, Berrigan and the prosecution have reached an agreement about change of venue location and method. There are NO details on this as of yet, those will be revealed on October 2nd. Come to court, feel free to protest on the sidewalks over this case leaving Greene County. I will make it my personal mission to get this case in the media wherever it winds up, even if it means going to residents in that jurisdiction door-to-door asking how they feel about this being brought to their backyards. Fair trial or not, Berrigan knows the added stress this puts on the family and witnesses as well as that it works to the advantage of the defense by causing undue burdens to those same people to be present for testimony. It could put a witness in a bind, go to work to pay the bills or testify. Remember, he has a job to do, no matter how he feels about the case. Consider these: leave without pay, not covered by FMLA, could require overnight stays, and it could cause job loss. Yep, that means Wood is capable of inflicting more pain and financial burdens upon victims and witnesses if he gets a change of venue out of Greene County.
