According to the property management repair guy... the roof is shot (its a flat roof). And they will have to come back.. rip apart the roof (starting tomorrow) fix that, then work inside and fix anything in here that needs to be fixed (dry walling and the like). Its stemming from a prior problem that we had (that we thought was fixed). Originally it found its way down the brick and leaked in our living room (off the roof). Now that that hole has been plugged...its decided to pool all up on my roof and the roof has decided it cant take anymore water...and found a new way to come down inside because it has NOWHERE else to go. If it were a peaked roof it would run down to the gutters and away it would go, but because it doesnt have anywhere to go, it finds somewhere to go...unfortunately that place is right into my sons room and eventually my living room.
