According to the report, most of the government schools in the Capital lack basic facilities such as blackboards and benches. In over 60 per cent of the schools, toilets are in non-working conditions and have damaged water taps. The condition of girls toilets is appalling in most of the schools, and as many as 16 schools dont even have toilets for female students. The condition of urinals is terrible.
