According to what I am understanding from the Registration Regulations if I am a citizen of and resident in Antigua and Barbuda I must live in a constituency for 6 months continuously before I am allowed to register there. If I am a citizen resident elsewhere, I must reside for 1 month continuously before I am allowed to register!!! Why do I feel as if I am being short changed as a citizen, resident in Antigua and Barbuda!! Some clarity please.
