Job Scope: 1)Prepare Bank Balance / Reconciliation 2)Prepare Staff salary payment / voucher / PCB / KWSP / SOCSO / Wages book update 3)Prepare Cheque/Cash Expenses payment voucher & deposit cheque 4)Monitoring Company management account, UBS key-in & generate P&L (up-to-date) 5)Verify all invoices prior to make payment 6)Prepare invoices for office /project claim purposes 7)Prepare yearly EA form for employee & Company ‘E’ Form 8)Checking staff timesheet / salary calculations 9)Monitor Staff/Worker Auto-credit salary’s list /EPF/SOCSO list preparation & submission to bank.
