Active Fitness of Cadillac and the Vicious Fight Team are excited to announce a two day wrestling clinic with 3x NCAA All-American and undefeated Amateur MMA fighter Trent Flegel along with High School state qualifier, AAU Freestyle All- American, Greco All-State , Freestyle All-State and Professional MMA fighter (RFA vet) Brian Householder. On Friday January 9th and Saturday January 10th. At Active Fitness of Cadillac 319 Works Ave, Cadillac MI 49601. Trent will cover Takedown defense, double legs, single legs, mat returns, and transition from takedowns to dominating positions From 5:00-8:00 pm Fri Jan 9th. Brian will cover Wrestling for MMA, takedowns, defense, front headlock position, and side control. From 11am - 2 pm Sat Jan 10th. Just $10 will get you into both clinics with these two standout wrestlers that have made the move to mma.
