Activists continue demanding Brian Kemp do his job to ensure that every eligible voter in Georgia has an opportunity to participate in next weeks election. Yesterday, voting rights activist from Moral Monday Georgia and the New Georgia Project gathered at Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemps office to deliver a letter from Moral Monday Georgia regarding the status of +40k voter registration applications that the office has yet to process. The delivery was followed by a press conference and sit-in. A number of activists were arrested for refusing to leave the office until Kemp agreed to add the applicants to the voter rolls. With less than seven days until the election, its crucial that Kemp take immediate action on this issue.
