Actually the first change Wal-Mart would make is pass the cost to the customer. The customer would then have to make a decision to continue shopping at Wal-Mart. The first affect of raising the minimum wage is the cost being passed on to the customer. Entry level jobs are not meant to be to be over the minimum wage. Thats why they are called entry level. Once in the employee can work towards making more money by moving up the letter. They would have to do that by getting an education, working hard and being dependable. If there are no opportunities for advancement at you entry level job. Work hard, hard go to school and prepare for a job you truly want. Prosperity in America should be based on the hard work and sweat equity of the individual not on the entitlement of the socialist spread the wealth mob.
