Adar Capital is an investment and venture structuring vehicle belonging to the same shareholders of Technion Engenharia e Tecnologia S.A. Adar focuses primarily in the development of large real estate enterprises, infrastructure (including concessions and PPPs), oil & gas, and power generation projects. The company also specializes in funding/investment structuring for a wide array of infrastructure ventures where Technion is involved as a partner and/or master contractor / epecist. In addition, the company operates in the defense and technology industry in partnership with major international players. In 2015 Adar Capital will establish offices in Paris to manage the shareholders interests in Europe, Asia and Africa. Business in Latin America will continue to be handled from the main offices in Rio de Janeiro.
