Adhar card is a fraud on the people says BJP now..All biometric data have been stored outside India illegally.It is an illegal way of regularisation of status of illegal migrants. Because of vote bank politics no political party strongly raise the issue of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh, in the meantime the demographic pattern of our Eastern States have changed due to inflow of population from across Bangladesh. In Assam more than 50% population has become Muslims !The condition of other states in North East is similar. West Bengal faces the same problem.
