Adjusted services at the Civil Registry Department Public Service Center Simpson bay Branch Simpsonbay. The management of the Public Service Center Department (PSC) is pleased to inform the general public that the Civil Registry Department (CRD) will be accepting cash for products and services rendered effective January 5, 2015. Director of the Public Service Center , Emilia Thomas stated that “since the opening of the Civil Registry Department at the Public Service Center in Simpson bay last year, payment for services and products at this location was only possible by means of a debit card (Maestro)”. We have been monitoring the needs of our customers and clients for quite some time, which was an indication for management of the CRD to introduce the service of accepting cash especially for the convenience of those customers and clients who are not in the possession of a debit card. “We are confident that our customers and clients will appreciate this adjustments to our services”. “Our aim is to listen to the needs of our customers and clients as much as possible and look at ways to continuously introduce value-added services” Thomas said. To avoid delays in obtaining services or products from CRD, customers and clients are advised to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary documentation well in advance.
