Admin, please delete if any problems arise! This is Brock. He is a 5 year old Neutered Neopolitan Mastiff. He weighs 160 lbs and is a sweet boy. He is for adoption. There are stipulations for his adoption. He is to be an only pet. We have tried him with another dog and he does not want to share his people with another dog. NO EXCEPTIONS. Next: NO SMALL KIDS. This means no kids under the age of 15. He gets nervous around smaller children. He is currently with an 11 year old and does ok, but does get nervous at times and has growled. We Will NOT place him with kids under 15. You must have had experience with the Mastiff breed. Please do not ask for him just because it is Fang from Harry Potter Movies. You MUST have a vet reference. Brock is a big boy, he knows, sit, stay, down, go lay down, and leave it. He is protective. He will bark when someone knocks on the door, if someone walks in when you are not the one opening the door, he will NOT allow them past the door. He is protective. He knows who lives in the home and will greet you and your home family with a wagging tail and a happy face, but if it is a stranger, he must meet them first. He needs better manners on a leash, but learns quickly. He DROOLS a lot, and loves to share the drool with you. He SNORES, LOUD. But he also loves to be pet, loves to have his back and butt rubbed, loves to ride in a car, and loves to just look at you with that cute face and say, Pet me! He needs a home he can be truly happy in. No other pets, no small kids, and a person or couple that will love him for being him. He is UTD on ALL shots, with a 3 year rabies. He does have AKC papers, they will not go with him, but the AKC numbers are on his file. He has mild arthritis in his hips, he is on cosequin for it.
