Duties:Typing of memos and minutes for PN and EN meetings. Compiling of stats into graphs (in-services training, bedsores, falling patients and missing patients) Ordering of stationary and grocery for Matrons. Keep stats for nursing PMDS. Contact wards for meetings and in–service training. Write works order for Matrons offices including lecture room 2, 5 and the library and do follow up and keep records. Arrange meetings and taking, typing and distribution of minutes at various meetings. General typing and correspondence also assists in making photocopies of documents. Issuing of Matrons pay slips.
