Administrative Support Officer Pathways Services, Bundaberg Part-time, contract position (38 hours/fortnight, from February to July 2015) Do you enjoy providing administrative support and working in multi-disciplinary teams? About the role In this multi-disciplinary role you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and financial services in a timely and effective manner. Your strong communication and customer service skills are required as you will be responsible for the reception area, assisting our clients, friendly staff and visitors with their enquiries. As a member of our Pathways Bundaberg Office team you will ensure services provided are consistent with our mission and values and the Sanctuary Model of Care adopted within Churches of Christ Care Pathways. About you As the Administrative Support Officer you will have: A Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent; Experience in an administration support or secretarial role; The ability to obtain a blue card and LCS suitability check. Importantly, you will be someone who can relate to our organisational values of: modelling unconditional love; behaving with integrity; and being good stewards.
