Manhunt near Garland County School Cleared GARLAND COUNTY, Ar- According to Garland County Sheriffs office, a manhunt near Cutter Morning Star School has been cleared. The search began this morning after a suspect allegedly opened fire at a Fountain Lake School employee when he was caught stealing fuel. Garland County Sheriffs office says they do have a person of interest, but are not sure on the ID of the suspect. The students are remaining in their classrooms and not allowed outside just as a precaution. We will have a live report at 5 and 6.
